توضّح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها عند حجز زيارة منزلية عبر واتساب، وسبب جمعها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف تطلب حذفها.

ما نجمعه ولماذا

البيان	سبب الحاجة إليه
رقم واتساب	لتحديد المحادثة وربط الحجز بصاحبه. نأخذه من واتساب مباشرةً ولا نطلب منك كتابته.
الاسم	ليعرف فريق الزيارة باسم من يسأل عند الوصول.
اللغة المختارة	للرد عليك بالعربية أو الإنجليزية حسب اختيارك.
موقعك (دبوس الخريطة)	ليصل الفريق إلى المنزل. لا نحفظه قبل موافقتك الصريحة.
تفاصيل العنوان وملاحظات الدخول	للوصول إلى الباب: المبنى والشقة والدور والعلامات المميزة.
تفاصيل الموعد	الخدمة والتاريخ والوقت وحالة الحجز.
سجلّات الموافقة	لإثبات موافقتك على حفظ الموقع وعلى التذكيرات، مع وقت كل موافقة.

لا نجمع شيئًا آخر. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للتسويق، ولا ننشئ ملفات تعريف سلوكية، ولا نشاركها مع أي منصة تحليلات.

الموافقة

حفظ الموقع: نطلب موافقتك قبل تخزين أي دبوس موقع. إن وصلنا موقع قبل موافقتك فإننا لا نحفظه، ونخبرك بذلك ونطلب الموافقة أولًا.
التذكير بالموعد: موافقة منفصلة واختيارية تمامًا. رفض التذكير لا يمنعك من الحجز. يمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت.

مشاركة موقعك لا تُعدّ موافقة على استقبال الإشعارات — الموافقتان مستقلتان.

مع من نشارك بياناتك

فريق الزيارة لدينا — تفاصيل الزيارة والموقع، لتنفيذ الزيارة فقط.
Meta (واتساب) — بصفتها ناقل الرسائل. يخضع استخدامك لواتساب لسياسة خصوصيتها.
Cloudflare — استضافة الخدمة وقاعدة البيانات.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا يمكن لأي عميل الاطلاع على بيانات عميل آخر.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الحجز لمدة 180 يومًا، ثم تُحذف بيانات الموقع وملاحظات الدخول أو تُخفى هويتها. قد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّد الاستضافة مدة محدودة قبل أن تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

حقوقك

طلب نسخة من بياناتك المحفوظة لدينا.
طلب حذف بياناتك.
تصحيح أي بيان غير دقيق.
إيقاف التذكيرات دون التأثير على حجوزاتك.

الأمان

نتحقق من صحة كل رسالة واردة قبل معالجتها، ولا نسجّل أرقام الهواتف كاملةً ولا الإحداثيات ولا العناوين في سجلّات النظام. مفاتيح الوصول محفوظة في خزنة مشفّرة لدى مزوّد الاستضافة.

This page explains what we collect when you book a home visit over WhatsApp, why we need it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect and why

Data	Why it is needed
WhatsApp number	Identifies the conversation and the booking owner. Taken from WhatsApp itself — we never ask you to retype it.
Name	So the visiting team knows who to ask for.
Chosen language	To reply in Arabic or English as you prefer.
Location pin	So the team can find the home. Never stored without your explicit consent.
Address and access notes	To reach the door: building, unit, floor, landmarks.
Appointment details	Service, date, time and booking status.
Consent records	To evidence your consent for location storage and reminders, with timestamps.

We collect nothing else. We do not sell your data, use it for marketing, build behavioural profiles, or share it with analytics platforms.

Consent

Location storage — asked before any pin is stored. A pin that arrives before consent is discarded, and we tell you so and ask for consent first.
Appointment reminders — a separate, entirely optional consent. Declining reminders does not prevent you from booking. You can opt out at any time.

Sharing your location is never treated as consent to notifications; the two are independent.

Who we share it with

Our visiting team — visit and location details, for that visit only.
Meta (WhatsApp) — as the message transport. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare — service hosting and database.

We share your data with nobody else, and no customer can see another customer's information.

Retention

Booking data is kept for 180 days, after which location data and access notes are deleted or anonymised. Copies may persist in the hosting provider's backups for a limited period before they are automatically rotated out.

Your rights

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your data.
Correct anything inaccurate.
Stop reminders without affecting your bookings.

Security

Every inbound message is verified before it is processed. We never write complete phone numbers, coordinates or addresses into system logs. Access keys are held in the hosting provider's encrypted secret store.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it.
